Yes Tea Party!!!!

Clear Skies - Godly and Constitutionally

As time has passed, and I have grown, continued my study of God's Word, reflected on my own life, rebellion towards God, his concepts, precepts and such I have a clearer sense of life and also having realized America's history, how crucial it is to get back to the principles of the nation, and its' original Constitution.

It is because of this, realizing how crucial it is to stand firm in God's truths, the truths of the founding of America as a Christian nation, and a Commonwealth Democratic Free Markets Republic that I stand by what and who I stand by.  Obama didn't transform America by himself. Others before him started the process to weaken us, to make us part of a global world order, where we are one of many veggies in a big pot of stew, where perhaps it is not the Judeo-Christian values that direct the world, but the Humanist/Socialist/Communist ones or Radical Islamic ones that do.  That is not a country or a world I am willing to accept.  God knew, as we see in the Bible, that there had to be a redeemer for humanity, and so there needs to be a beacon, a nation that is strong, solid, has solid values, concepts, precepts that do not change like the wind, remain steadfast to the founding core principles, documents of the founders, based on the faith principles they knew were noble and right for being a beacon of light to all.  America is not just any other nation, but one that was forged out of conviction of a firm belief in a specific set of principles and beliefs for a set of specific rights and freedoms, with very separate branches, powers, roles for each of the offices of government, and with the states being supreme in deciding policies and their own destiny for their citizens.   God inspired the creation of this nation, depicted in the bible first as the lion whose wings are plucked, we are those wings plucked from the lion, Britain.  We were created to be a beacon for spreading the Gospel, as the state Constitutions and so much more of our early history bears out, and be a beacon of strength to the world, a strong symbol of fighting all forms of tyranny internally and externally where ever we can.  The Constitution is not a living, breathing document to mean different things by whim of any minority group throughout history, no.  It is meant to protect the general welfare of the nation as a whole, leaving the specifics of how to do so in the hands of the states, cities, local communities and individuals, not the Federal Government.  Any such notion is preposterous to the founding fathers and even the Trinity, which shows great wisdom.  Protecting the general welfare means we make sure our laws are reasonable, not excessively burdensome, or stupid, and are strictly, wisely enforced.

When the government infringes on those rights to an extent that they treat us like children or criminals, it's a problem, a big problem.  It is not what the founders or even God intended or would be happy with.  When bureaucrats decide they know what all citizens need, we have a huge problem.  They need to take a chill pill and seek professional therapy because they are off their rockers, seriously.  I jest not.  They seriously need help.

For the sake of our nation, I cheer on the Tea Party and the states who are coming together for a Convention to amend the Constitution to get us back to the original intent of the founders, I cheer on and back the Tea Party and these courageous, as well as their governors. Don't ask Congress for approval or anything, just do it, as it's a Fifth Amendment right.  Let's get things right again.

Shalom and Amen.
